Order Policy

Available Bags:
  1. Delivery within 2-3 business days within the UAE.
  2. Delivery within 7-10 business days outside the UAE.
  • Manufacturing orders take approximately 2 weeks to 1 month, and you will be informed in case of any delays.

  1. No refunds after payment.

  2. No modifications to the order after payment.

  3. Items can only be exchanged in case of a manufacturing defect or if they differ from the images. The exchange request must be made on the same day of receiving the order, and the item must be returned in its original condition with all accessories.

  4. Customers cannot claim compensation for damages caused by product usage after receiving the order.

  5. No warranty is provided on bags.

  6. If the order is received and the customer does not report any issues on the same day, the order is considered delivered in perfect condition, and no modifications or exchanges will be accepted after one day from receipt.
